Welcome to RichOuty.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RichOuty platform and services. By accessing or using RichOuty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
RichOuty is an AI-powered event networking platform that helps people connect before, during, and after events. We analyze profiles, interests, goals, and behavioral signals to recommend relevant connections and facilitate introductions.
We do not guarantee that any specific connections, meetings, business outcomes, or relationships will occur. The quality and results of networking remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use RichOuty.
Event organizers may create accounts and deploy the platform at their events under a separate commercial agreement or order form where applicable. Attendees may access the platform by registering or participating in a RichOuty-enabled event.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RichOuty only for legitimate professional networking purposes. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading profile information
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our AI models, algorithms, or Relationship Graph
- Use the platform to build a competing product or service
- Harvest contact details outside the intended connection flow
- Engage in spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messaging
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
Organizers are responsible for ensuring that attendees at their events are informed of and comply with these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property and Data Rights
RichOuty (and its parent company) owns all rights in the platform, including the AI matching models, algorithms, Relationship Graph, aggregated insights, and all related technology and improvements.
When you use the Service, you grant RichOuty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service and to improve our AI systems using de-identified and aggregated information. This continuous improvement is core to how RichOuty delivers better matching over time.
You retain ownership of your own personal profile information. RichOuty retains exclusive ownership of all aggregated, de-identified, and derived data, including the Relationship Graph and related intelligence.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RichOuty, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichOuty disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will always be accurate or lead to successful outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RichOuty's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RichOuty in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
If you have not paid any fees, RichOuty's total liability shall be limited to USD 1,000.
In no event shall RichOuty be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to organizers with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
