1. Who We Are

RichOuty is operated by The Bazillion Group and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Policy applies to event organizers, attendees, website visitors, and other users of our platform and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

From organizers: Organization details, contact information, billing information, event configuration data, and attendee lists uploaded to the platform.

From attendees: Name, professional email, job title, organization, industry, interests, goals, preferences, and interaction data (such as connection accepts, declines, and meeting activity).

Automatically collected: Device information, IP address, browser type, usage patterns, and technical logs necessary for platform operation, security, and improvement.

From integrations: Data received from event registration platforms or professional networks when you choose to connect them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the AI matching and networking features before, during, and after events
• Generate relevant connection recommendations
• Deliver analytics and insights to event organizers
• Improve our AI models and the Relationship Graph using de-identified and aggregated data
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and ensure platform integrity
• Communicate with you about the Service (you may opt out of non-essential marketing communications)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. The Relationship Graph

A core part of RichOuty's technology is the Relationship Graph — a proprietary system that learns from anonymized connection patterns across events. Data contributing to the Relationship Graph is processed through de-identification so that it can no longer be linked back to any individual. This aggregated intelligence helps improve matching quality for future users and events and is owned by RichOuty.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• With event organizers, limited to data related to their specific event
• With sponsors, only for introductions that attendees have consented to
• With trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, under contractual obligations to protect your data
• With our parent company (The Bazillion Group) as needed to operate and improve the Service
• When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition)

De-identified and aggregated data may be used and shared for platform development and improvement.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your identifiable profile data
• Opt out of future cross-event matching
• Object to certain processing or request data portability

Note that once information has been properly de-identified and incorporated into the Relationship Graph or aggregated insights, it is no longer personal data and cannot be deleted on an individual basis.

7. Data Retention

We retain identifiable attendee profile data for the duration of the relevant event and a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 12 months) to support matching continuity, unless you request earlier deletion.

Organizer account and contract-related data are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes.

Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely to improve the platform.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take the protection of your information seriously.

9. International Data Transfers

Personal data is primarily processed in the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred to other countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children

RichOuty is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
